I know these are long, but you are legally bound by them so please read them to completion. These terms may be changed without notice so please visit this page regularly.
General Terms
If terms of use are broken you will be notified immediately. I will discuss the violation with you in an adult manner and give you the opportunity to fix it, if applicable. If no resolution can be reached then I reserve the right to remove you without refund.
No refunds are given once you have accessed the members area. Period.
Lifetime Membership = the lifetime of the site, not my or your lifetime.
In the event of my hospitalization, incapacitation, severe illness, an act of God, or any other unforseeable circumstance where I am not able to update, this site may become inactive or close. When possible, membership time will be granted for missed time. In the even of my death, all memberships are null. No refunds will be given.
Members Area Terms
What you MUST do:
**If you require your members to give you access to their members area before joining your site, you must give me access to yours as well. For everyone else you will not be required to submit it upon joining. However, I reserve the right to request and receive access at any time. In the event that I request access to your members area, it is only for TOU validation only and I will never take anything.
**You are responsible for requesting the weekly sigtags. If you chose not to, then you give up the right to that week's requests. I will not do "back orders".
**Properly request your sigtags with appropriate colors and information. I will not remake sigtags if your requests are incomplete or erroneous.
**Post the member banner sent to you on your website linked back to http://www.thepixelpantry.com within one week of joining.
**Link all sigtags to The Pixel Pantry.
**You may only log in from one IP address. This isn't a tutorial site, so only signing in at one location is appropriate. If you have extenuating circumstances you must discuss it with me BEFORE joining.
**Have a website that is properly linked and credited. MSN sites, Yahoo groups, blogs/journals, Xanga sites, Fotki sites, forums, and sites under construction are not acceptable. Your site must be in English or translated into English.
What you CAN do:
** Use your personalized sigtags to decorate your emails and website.
** Use your requested sigtags to decorate your emails and website.
** You are allowed to use your sigtags in egroups, forums etc where artists rights are respected.
** Use the members only adoptions on this site to decorate your website.
What you CANNOT do:
**Give out your login or password to ANYONE else. My script tracks everything that is done in here.
**Resize, change or alter my sigtags, member banners, or anything else in here in any way. They must remain as is, with the name and file format that I have saved them in.
**You may not create other graphics, premades, outlines, stationary, printables, tubes, nozzles, or wrappers out of my graphics.
**You may not sell or give away any of the sigtags unless they are specifically marked as such.
**Redistribute my graphics, tutorials or site content in ANY manner.
**Hotlink The Pixel Pantry.
**Do not inquire about the status of your order unless 7 days has passed since you placed it. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
**Post sigtags, graphics, or adoptions may be posted on any sites promoting hatred, racism, violence, religious intolerance, animal cruelty, etc.
**Copy my site. This includes my terms of use, html, tutorials, outlines, graphics or joining for the purpose of taking ideas.
**Use them in "snag & tag" groups, Xanga groups, MSN groups and places like that. In other words, if you are
in a group where members freely pass around "snagged", "borrowed", stolen
or tubed graphics that they have not created themselves then they are not
allowed to be used in there. Taking someone else's art and "cleaning" it and then reusing it without their permission is wrong not to mention disrespectful and unethical.
If your group is supportive of artists rights and doesnt allow "snaggers" then of course you may use them.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. These terms may be changed at any time and without notification.
